Muy bien
El contorno, las termas, la atención del personal, los servicios de animación para los clientes.
El suelo del complejo (la calle) está muy deteriorado. El servicio de restauración es muy escaso, aparte del bufet del hotel sólo hay una Pizzeria.

Hotel muy bueno. Entorno espectacular pero falto de servicios minimos de turista-senderista
Las habitaciones muy comodas y tranquilas
1-Tener que salir a desayunar a otro edificio y bufet muy básico 2-En el hotel no hay zona para comer , ni bar. Tienes que salir a la plaza. Solo pizzeria. Y el domingo TODO CERRADO Obligado cenar en bufett( regular) o bajar a Panticosa. Ahh! Nos reenviaron a la casa de Piedra pero como eran las 21’04 no nos quisieron dar nada.
